This braces glue adhesive is used to bonding ceramic, metal or porcelain orthodontic brackets to etched enamel, also work for all kinds of tooth gems and teeth jewelry.

Easy control of bracket positioning and easy excess clean-up.

Light cure in 30 seconds ; quick curing allows archwire to be tied in immediately following light cure for shorter braces bonding appointments.

 This type braces bonding glue is designed to prevent adhesive run-on, saving money and reducing waste.

 

Instructions:
A Tooth Preparetion:
1 Prophhy teeth with oil-free pumice or paste .Rinse with water .
2 Isolate teeth .
3 Air dry thoroughly using oil and moisture -free air source .

B Acid Etching :
Apply ORTHO-BONDING Etching Gel to tooth ,surfaces following the instructions provided with the etching gel delivery system .If using other gel etching systems consult the manufacturer's instructions for proper technique and recommend etching times .

C Priming :
1 Air dry tooth thoroughly .
2 Place small amount of ORTHO-BONDING primer in well .
3 Apply thin uniform coat of primer on each tooth surface to be bonded .
Note :since ORTHO-DONDING Primer acts as a wetting agent ,only a very film or primer is neceaasry .

D Adhesive Bonding :
With the syringe apply a small amount of ORTHO-BONDING adhesive paste onto bracket base .Use sparingly .
When completed wipe sryinge tip clean and replace cap .

E Placements and curing :
1 Immeditely after applying adhesive ,lightly place bracket onto teeth surface .
2 Adjust brackets to final position ,press firmly to seat brackets .
3 Gently remove excess adhesive from around the brackets base without disturbing the bracket.
4 Hold the curing light stationary at a distance 2-3mm to light about 10 seconds in each bracket's left and right .
